A Leave and License is an agreement between the owner of the property (licensor) and tenant (licensee) which allows the licensee to use and occupy the licensor’s immovable property for the purpose of carrying on business activity or for residential use and pay a fixed amount of rent or license fee as per their mutual understanding.
